Mission
The research project analyses the industry of the comics field in Italy and its position in the international sphere, by mapping the various stakeholders’ interests. The research outlines a comprehensive perspective on the careers of the comics professionals, the organizational and cultural dynamics of the sector, in order to understand the value creation of the comics system in Italy. The output of the research will guide the decisions on the implementation of policies related to cultural and creative industries and to the development of the cultural sector in a sustainable perspective.
